JOB OVERVIEW :
This role entails overseeing all financial operations, including planning, analysis,
reporting, involving expert risk management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory
frameworks to contribute to the company\'s financial success
Precise remittance and bank guarantee documents, ensuring accuracy and
compliance.
GST compliance and timely payments via NEFT and cheques, maintaining financial
precision.
Audit standards for thorough and compliant financial reporting.
Precise logistics documentation, including E-Way Bills and LR copies, ensuring
regulatory compliance.
The finance department, ensuring up-to-date accounting practices and adherence to
financial standards.
Cultivate and manage essential stakeholder relationships, fostering trust and
collaboration.
Handle documentation and conduct regular reconciliations to ensure financial
accuracy.
Review all financial entries and reports for accuracy and compliance.
NURTURE
Debt and equity fundraising initiatives to secure capital for the strategic growth of the
organization.
Lead and oversee best practices such as Indian Accounting Standards and Internal
Financial Control implementations.
Initiate and cultivate institutional partnerships to expand the company\'s network and
capabilities.
CREATE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualified CA with a proven track record of working with product-based startups.
Strong knowledge of GST, ZOHO Books, and Advanced Excel.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
