• Knows status of one's own work at all times
• Understands strategy, objectives, scope, work plan and budget for assigned projects/tasks.
• Meeting targets. Should meet urologists & gastroenterologist to promote company products
• Know competitors product with similar efficiency
• Submitting daily activity reports, expense reports & other reports on a timely basis
• Proper coordination with all the departments eg: sales admin, HR
