1. Quality control: Conducting RM, in-process and FG testing, preparing CoAs to ensure customer does not get out of specs doc
2. Audits: Maintaining paperwork and preparing for all audits (ISO 9001:2015, customer audits etc.)
3. Quality Assurance: Developing and implementing SoPs to ensure minimal rejections
4. Customer satisfaction: Preparing CAPA reports in case of rejections, visiting customer to understand challenge, communicating customer requirements to plant, preparing samples as per customer requirementetc.
