Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
o Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Growth:
o Drive sales growth through existing key accounts.
o Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Needs Assessment:
o Understand clients’ business needs and objectives.
o Conduct regular needs assessments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiation:
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefit.
o Handle pricing discussions and adjustments.
- Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement strategic account plans.
o Align company offerings with client goals and industry trends.
- Problem Resolution:
o Address and resolve client issues promptly.
o Work to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection:
o Gather feedback from clients on products and services.
o Use feedback for continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis:
o Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
o Provide insights to enhance company competitiveness.
- Contract Renewals:
o Manage contract renewals and extensions.
o Ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Training and Support:
o Provide training and support to clients on product usage.
o Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the support team.
- Customization:
o Coordinate with relevant departments to customize products/services for clients.
o Ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations.
- Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
o Document important client information.
- Reporting:
o Generate regular reports on key account status.
- Customer Retention:
o Implement strategies to retain key clients.
o Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Expansion:
o Explore opportunities for expanding business within existing key accounts.
o Identify and pursue new business development.
- Site Visits:
