Identification of new customers and new business development with maintaining existing business.
Prepare Market reports.
Sales call with new and existing Customers - target sales call for the day.
Prepare sales visit reports on daily basis.
Quoting rate to the customers for their import and export rates and routing queries in time.
Rates filing of both import and export queries.
Follow up for RR re-validation with Pricers.
Check for equipment availability, space restrictions.
Sending CBF and Vessel Planning to POL on a regular basis.
System updation on a regular basis, i.e. GBP.
Handling Booking and Docs of US Business and after the sailing requirement of shipments.
Liaison with overseas agents for updating and issue resolving.
Quote to the customers for their queries.
