Job Post: Senior Engineer for Road and Building work.
Job Specifications: This position is responsible for:
- Working as Project Control and Coordination Manager. Preparation of tender estimates,
and billing with resources requirement and augmentation plan.
- Tracking of Manpower, Equipment and Materials mobilization, and the entire Project.
- Monitoring of Daily Progress Report. Preparation of monthly and weekly reports,
Client correspondence, Material reconciliation and other planning related functions.
- Study of Contract Scope, Drawings, Specification & other documents.
- Preparation of Bills, checking labour contractor bills etc
- Maintaining Quality of assigned project work.
- Cost Optimization & control of project.
- Attending all site Issue and Manage all site team including labour
- Checking Billing Quantity & Coordination with Client.
- Controlling & Preventing Machinery Breakdown.
- Managing RMC Plant Activities.
- Managing Bituminous plant Activities.
- Preparing routine estimates and bills of work done at construction site. Gathering,
calculating and compiling data for making estimates and bills.
- Keeping yourself up to date with the latest material Standards in Construction industry.
- Utilizing and being proficient with computer software programs.
- Demonstrating role model behaviours on ethics and integrity throughout your
employment.
- Technically sound knowledge of field.
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Graduate – (Minimum qualification B.E. / Diploma (Civil)
candidates that have undertaken Quantity Surveying course, extra preference to
ME Civil) Has to have strong foundation of technical knowledge and immense
practical experience in construction industry.
- Knowledge and capabilities to execute EPC, Turn-Key, Item Rate contract.
(Execution of an EPC for building and road project is a must)
- Desired work experience At least 7-10 years of experience of working in Design and
Engineering of Concrete Structures
