Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in the areas of Income Tax, Investment & Loan Accounting TDS, PT, GST, and overall financial management.
The candidate must hands-on experience in Income Tax, Investment Accounting & Loan Accounting
Tally 9 Prime, Payment Recovery, and Account Receivable & Account Payable.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Functions:
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the accounting software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
2. Tax Compliance:
- Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable rates and ensure timely payment to the government.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns, in compliance with GST regulations.
- Handle Professional Tax (PT) compliance, including registration, deductions, and payment.
3. Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
