Position: Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
Maintain strong client relationships to maximize business value.
Handle quotations and inquiries from customers.
Identify and build relationships with key contacts at potential client companies.
Conduct one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services and guide their choices.
Understand client challenges and identify ways to address their needs.
Drive business growth by identifying new sales and development opportunities.
Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
Monitor competitor activities to proactively retain clients.
Provide excellent service to uphold the business's positive reputation.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
