The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of freight forwarding operations for Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments. This includes managing customer inquiries, coordinating with agents, providing updates to clients, and ensuring the timely movement of goods. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
