We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Head to lead our Insurance Claims Investigation Vertical. This role will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 25 back-office executives, ensuring seamless coordination with external investigators, timely report preparation, and efficient service delivery to our insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership experience, expertise in insurance claims investigations, and a background in managing large teams.

Salary	27 Lac 50 Thousand To 30 Lac P.A.
Industry	Financial Services / Banking, Investments / Insurance / Stock Market / Loan
Qualification	Professional Degree, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com
Key Skills	Experience Working With General Insurance Companies or Third-party Insurance Service Providers. Familiarity With Claims Management Software and Automation Tools. Strong Analytical Leadership and Decision-making Skills. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Abilities. Ability to Handle High-pressure Situations and Meet Strict Deadlines.
