Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products/services, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Kannada and be comfortable with meeting daily call targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Pitch products/services to potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information.
Update and maintain customer records in the database.
Meet and exceed daily call and performance targets.
Follow up on leads and close sales.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in Kannada.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Polite and customer-focused demeanor.
Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month
